• All lecturers as usual are to be at the exam venues 30 minutes to the start of examination.
• They are to check in students and ensure that the examination rules and regulations are read to students.
• No student is allowed to come into the exam venues with smart phones, smart watches or any electronic device.
• Their exam passes and ID cards are the only authorized means of identification. They must not write on their exam passes
• All invigilators must not be chatting or making phone calls during this assignment.
• No physical confrontation with students. In cases of any unruly behavior by any student, the CSO should be invited immediately.
